DEAR GUESTS, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

✓ The guesthouse is NOT equipped with an elevator.

✓ Check-in starts after 15:00 and check-out at 12:00, the next day.

✓ For Checking in later than 22:00 - please give as a call.

✓ For a last minute Check-out, but not after 18:00 – 50% of the accommodation rate/night is charged.

✓ In the master bedroom, the maximum number of guests allowed is 2 adults and 2 children (0-13 years), respectively 2 adults and 1 child (14-16 years), with possibility of adding 1 extra bed.

✓ In the suite/apartment, the maximum number of guests allowed is 2 adults and 3 children, no extra bed.

✓ Breakfast is served between 08:00-10:00. For a group of 15 people or more, we can prepare a buffet breakfast.

✓ Reception hours: 08:00-22:00

✓ Restaurant/Bar program 10:00-22:00. Last order in the restaurant is taken at 21:00.

✓ Except working hours, for emergencies you can contact us by phone – 0755.965.780 – 7/7, 24/24.

✓ Lunch and dinner are served “A la Carte” in the restaurant. No Room-Services are available.

✓ The drinks from the minibar in the rooms are charged!

✓ In the guesthouse consumption of food and beverages purchased from other sources is not allowed.

✓ The grill area is not available for customers.

Recreational room and SPA hours: 10:00-22:00. The sauna is turned on and off from the control panel and requires approximately 30 minutes to reach a temperature of 80 degrees Celsius. The water temperature in the pool and the jacuzzi is 27-29 degrees Celsius.

✓ Massage sessions are made by appointment and availability (are charged).

✓ Pets are not allowed in the guesthouse and dining areas.

✓ Private parking with 25 spaces. The road to the guesthouse can only be accessed by medium-capacity buses (50 seats).
